Erin Griffith
Erin is a rising 3L at UIC Law where she currently serves as a member of Moot Court Honors Board and a Preparedness Coach for an appellate advocacy legal writing course. In her 1L summer, Erin served as the only legal intern for Illinois Tool Works, a Fortune 200 industrial manufacturing company. In this role, she provided support in matters of corporate governance, compliance, and commercial transactions.
More recently, Erin served as a legal extern for Athletico Physical Therapy, where she played a role in drafting and managing various agreements crucial to the company’s operations and advised on the implications of the new Corporate Transparency Act. Beyond her professional endeavors, Erin is deeply committed to serving the community. As a Cook County Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), Erin advocates for the needs of foster children of Chicago.
