This inclusive redevelopment project is set to transform the historic Roseland Michigan Ave. commercial corridor in Chicago, IL through the redevelopment of a historic theater into a vibrant commercial retail hub. Our firm provides strategic community planning services to this Project through creative community engagement tools; participatory design; community finance structures; and resident-led executed neighborhood quality-of-life plans. Soon, our community planning team will assist the Project in navigating zoning laws, securing necessary approvals and variances, and fostering collaboration between the Project and residents and other local stakeholders. Our involvement ensures that the Project serves as a catalyst for economic growth and community ownership through inclusive redevelopment principles. This work underscores our commitment to inclusive redevelopment and community planning that actively involves and benefits the communities it serves.
