Greenwood Plan
A transformative initiative in Pittsburgh, PA aimed at revitalizing historically underserved communities through economic empowerment and inclusive redevelopment. The Greenwood Plan focuses on supporting minority entrepreneurs by providing them with the resources necessary to own real estate and businesses within their communities, thereby fostering economic independence and growth. Our role in this work includes comprehensive redevelopment consulting services, strategic community planning, and commercial real estate financing legal support. By assisting the Greenwood Plan, we are helping them navigate regulatory and systematic challenges, secure traditional and alternative funding, and implement transformative redevelopment strategies in order to ensure the success and long-term sustainability of the communities that they serve.
