Briana Gipson-Fleming

Briana is a community economist and urban planner that has been with the firm since Fall 2022. She holds a bachelors in economics and Black studies, and a masters degree in urban planning and policy from the University of Illinois – Chicago.

With extensive professional experience in community economic development and professional training in Dignity-Infused Community Engagement, Briana is responsible for leading the planning, development, and execution of commercial real estate projects, with a focus on revitalizing urban spaces and creating sustainable, profitable developments.

She oversees all aspects of property acquisition, development philosophy and vision, financial projections and modeling, and tenant-selection and community relations on behalf of the firm and its clients. She also drive strategies for large scale property acquisitions and long-term property management and loves ensuring that real estate properties remain community-driven and owned.
