Nina Angus
Nina’s primary focus at the Firm is working on our commercial real estate transactions. She has plenty of experience in both residential and commercial real estate deals, including forming real estate investment trusts, drafting property management agreements and facilitating real estate closings.
Nina is thrilled to begin her legal career assisting women and minority-owned real estate firms and socially-responsible organizations that strengthen their communities and empower residents.
Nina received her B.S. from Purdue University in 2016 and her J.D. from Loyola University School of Law in 2024. She has a strong passion for combining transactional law with public interest work.
While at Loyola, Nina worked as a Tax Clinician in the school’s Federal Tax Clinic, advocating for local low-income and limited English proficiency taxpayers in federal tax matters against the IRS. She also clerked for a reputable Chicago personal injury firm, where she gained valuable experience in supporting victims of mesothelioma and asbestos-related injuries. Nina also volunteered with the Center for Disability and Elder Law, drafting powers of attorney and end-of-life documents for low-income individuals in the Austin area.
